Meet Our Team
Lorin-Founder

Lorin has spent her career helping people bring order to complexity.
For nearly two decades, that meant producing large events, leading hospitality sales teams, and managing countless moving pieces where every detail mattered. Professionally, organization was her superpower.
At home, it looked very different.
Like many families, hers has navigated ADHD, neurodivergence, executive function challenges, and the realization that traditional organizing advice simply doesn’t work for every brain. The more she learned, the more she realized the goal isn’t creating picture perfect spaces. It’s creating systems that support the way people think, live, and function.
That realization became The Everyday Edit.
Carlie has spent nearly two decades in hospitality, destination marketing, and hotel sales, building her career around one idea: people come first. Partnering with meeting planners and event professionals, she earned a reputation for anticipating needs and making even the most complex details feel effortless, work her peers recognized when they named her Allied Member of the year.
At home, she learned the same lesson in a different language.
As the mother of a neurodivergent son, Carlie knows firsthand that every brain works differently. That understanding is what drew her to The Everyday Edit, where she builds calm, judgment-free systems designed around the people who actually live in the space.

Peter-Digital Organization & Back Office Support

Peter brings experience in accounting, hospitality, operations, and business analysis, with a talent for making scattered information, paperwork, and projects clear and manageable. He and Lorin met in hospitality, where three years of working together built lasting trust and respect. At The Everyday Edit, he supports clients with digital and business organization, bookkeeping support, financial administration, research, and everyday processes, helping turn overwhelming details into meaningful progress.
Patient, practical, and free of judgment, Peter supports neurodivergent clients, entrepreneurs, families, and underserved communities. Friends and former coworkers call his approach “Peterizing it”: finding a clearer, simpler way through something messy or intimidating. Whether organizing expenses, simplifying subscriptions, or tackling overdue projects, he helps people reclaim their time and feel more in control with systems that work for them.
Please Note: The Everyday Edit provides practical, experience-based organization and lifestyle support. We are not medical or mental health providers and do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care for ADHD or any other condition.
